Welcome to ZANE info

This section of the ZANE website contains background material on ZANE and the situation in Zimbabwe. The aim is to enable you to build up a picture of what life is like in Zimbabwe and what ZANE is doing there.

You will find news reports from ZANE staff and others on the ground in Zimbabwe as well as updates on the exchange rate so that you can watch the spiralling inflation for yourself.

You can also view background history to ZANE and why it was started, as well as financial and other reports relating to the charity.

For security reasons, names and details will normally have been changed in news reports from ZANE staff.

Please will you help us? Any contribution, however modest,
will make a difference.
ZANE has a first class team on the ground across Zimbabwe. ZANE has systems in place that ensure that every pound donated, is used to its maximum advantage. The money will be prudently used and will go towards the relief of hardship and acute misery.
The cost of care. . .
ZANE has no offices and it does not emply any full-time staff in the UK. There are no middlemen and there is no waste.
